At Asylum Haus, we aim to ensure every purchase meets your expectations. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible:
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
- Original packaging must be intact
- Proof of purchase is required
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Intimate or hygiene-related products (e.g. underwear)
- Sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
- You will be notified of approval or rejection
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method
- Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, contact us with details and proof (photos if applicable).
Shipping Costs
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- Shipping fees are non-refundable
